STEAM STERILIZERS

AS 66 series horizontal sterilizers capacity 300, 400, 600, 800 litres
and special versions

The AS 66 sterilizers are intended for steam sterilization of surgical instruments, operation linen, dressing materials, rubber products, metal and plastic dishes and glass. The sterilizers are used in hospitals (CSSD, operating suites, kitchens, laundries). The AS 66 sterilizers, as they allow additional programs for sterilizing infusion liquids and microbiological cultures and nutrients to be set up, can be used in laboratories, as well as in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries. Special sterilizers, equipped with quick cool-down system are also available.

Product description:
	rectangular, horizontally positioned, double-ended sterilizing chamber
	7 sterilizing programs which allow modification of temperature and duration of the exposure, drying and cool-down phases, and 2 service programs (Bowie-Dick and air-tightness test); also user-definable program is available, in which any configuration of the individual phases can be obtained
	microprocessor control; control panel with a keypad and LCD graphic, colour display, equipped with touch-screen for displaying complete information on process parameters and its progress along with graph; additionally it can be used as an accessory keypad

	sterilizing cycle parameters recording unit, independent from control system
	built-in steam generator (WA and WPA models)
	system to reduce water consumption
	built-in sterilization parameter printer
	chamber door moved vertically by compressed air
	service access from right or left side
	stainless steel chamber, steam generator and housing, rust-proof fittings

Optional solutions:
	quick cool-down system consisted of water cooler and air fan mounted in sterilizing chamber
	sterilizer with single-ended chamber
	HEPA additional exhaust air filter
	software for monitoring, recording and archiving parameters of individual sterilizing cycles
