FEATURES:
1. Cycle progresses automatically by control system through conditioning, sterilizing, exhaust, vacuum drying and venting phases.

2. Sterilizing temperature is adjustable from 121°C to 132°C on temperature regulator.  When setting temperature is achieved the process of sterilizing cycle will automatic operating.

3. Sterilize time and drying time is adjustable from 0~60minutes on sterilizing timer and drying timer.

4. The timer starts only after the pre-set temperature is reached, ensuring complete sterilization.

5. Illuminated pilot lamps display status and a buzzer announces the completion and cuts off the heating power source.

6. The large diameter of chamber pressure gauge, jacket pressure gauge and thermometer make ideal require reading and indicate high precision and consistent results.

7. Specially designed vacuum drying device to ensure efficient drying function.

8. Automatic air venting device and steam trap discharges cool air and condensate from chamber to obtain effective saturated steam.

9. An effective HEPA air filter is used to prevent contaminated air from entering into the chamber.

10. Chamber is made of high quality SUS 304 stainless steel with polished surface for long lasting  service and easy cleaning. A double layer construction is thermally insulated with fiberglass and cover with stainless steel sheet.

11. Pressure vessel is mounted on a heavy-duty tubular stainless steel stand with floor flanges for level adjustment.
