STEAM STERILIZERS

ASHE horizontal sterilizer with cylindrical chamber capacity 80 litres

The ASHE sterilizer is intended for steam sterilization of surgical instruments, operation linen, dressing materials, rubber products, metal and plastic dishes, glass, infusion liquids, microbiological cultures and nutrients. The sterilizer is used in hospitals, clinics, outpatient clinics, pharmacies and laboratories.

Product description:
	cylindrical, horizontally positioned sterilizing chamber, suitable for load of items dimensioned as one sterilizing unit (300×300×600 mm)
	available as single-ended (A and AD models) or double-ended (AP and APD models) types
	7 sterilizing programs which allow modification of temperature and duration of the exposure, drying and cool-down phases, and 2 service programs (Bowie-Dick and air-tightness test); also user-definable program is available, in which any configuration of the individual phases can be obtained
	microprocessor control; control panel with a keypad, LED indicators and four-line LCD screen for displaying messages while setting up or operating the sterilizer
	built-in steam generator
	built-in sterilization parameter printer (AD and APD models)

	double-jacket sterilizer tank; the space between the external jacket and the sterilizing chamber serves as the heating jacket
	stainless steel chamber, steam generator and housing, rust-proof fittings
	shelves which allow convenient positioning of varied workload available as standard accessories

Optional solutions:
	sterilizer to be connected to an external steam source, which ensures pressure 0.25 MPa and 12 kg/h flow (average consumption 3.5 kg/cycle)
	HEPA additional exhaust air filter
	software for monitoring, recording and archiving parameters of individual sterilizing cycles
	stainless steel fittings
	additional temperature sensor in chamber for sterilizing liquids
