STEAM STERILIZERS

ASVE vertical semi-automatic sterilizer capacity 80 litres

The ASVE sterilizer is intended for steam sterilization of glass, infusion liquids, microbiological cultures and nutrients, surgical instruments, operation linen, dressing materials, rubber products, metal and plastic dishes. The sterilizer is used in laboratories, hospitals, clinics, outpatient clinics and pharmacies.

Product description:
	cylindrical, vertical positioned sterilizing chamber
	sterilization programs – user can to freely adjust duration of each process phase without setting exposure temperature (it is possible to choose 121 °C or 134 °C), also one can choose sterilization without vacuum (for liquids) or sterilization with vacuum (for e.g. instruments, dressings)
	built-in steam generator
	mechanical operating by two levers of the valve block; sterilizer working is controlled by electronic control unit that maintains required water level in the steam generator, measures sterilization time, indicates potential failures and prevents from their outcomes
	stainless steel chamber, steam generator and housing, rust-proof fittings

Optional solutions:
	sterilizer to be connected to an external steam source, which ensures pressure 0.25 MPa and 12 kg/h flow (average consumption 3.5 kg/cycle)
	two other sterilization temperatures in the range of 115 °C to 134 °C
	stainless steel fittings
	sterilizer mounted on wheels
