E2000 ESWL system was developed based on Medispec`s proven record in the field of Lithotripsy and Spark-Gap Technology. This system offers you the perfect combination of high clinical performance along with flexible configuration, simplicity of operation, ease of maintenance and cost effectiveness.

			The E2000 system is based on a modular design that can be specially packaged to suit your needs. The modularity of the E2000 system allows it to fit into every clinical environment, university or community hospital, outpatient center or mobile environment. The E2000 system is the Gold Standard in Spark-Gap Technology. It has one of the highest bar pressures, and one of the largest focal areas. These elements together provide the user with the capability of using milder forms of anesthesia and result in the highest stone-free rate with few re-treatments.
	The non-dedicated, 3-axis, multifunctional, motorized table has a cut out on both sides to accommodate the shockwave head for treatment on either side of the patient. The tabletop is made of carbon fiber for obstruction-free imaging, allowing the table to be used for a variety of endo-urology procedures. The treatment table with a weight capacity of 400 Ibs. is one of the highest weight capacities in the industry. The Lithotripter can be used in conjunction with any high quality imaging system in the market or with Medispec s Visionspec X-Ray system, specially designed for lithotripsy purposes. Medispec offers the Visionspec in its standard package. The E2000 is your comprehensive modular solution for clinical management of stone disease. Should you require additional capabilities, the E2000 offers you a system that is modular and interchangeable, and includes upgradeable options such as Medispec`s 4-axis or 5-axis universal treatment tables. Medispec`s 4-axis and 5-axis tables are designed for effi cient, ergonomic lithotripsy and auxiliary endouroulogy. Positioning the patient is easy, with motor-driven trendelenburg tilt, horizontal and vertical movement capabilities, remotely controlled via footswitch or hand control. The standard 4-axis table can be upgraded to a 5-axis endourology table, providing more flexible positioning especially for obese patients or for percutanous treatments. In addition, the 5-axis endourology table has a weight capacity of 450 lbs (204 kg). A variety of table accessories are available for both the 4 and 5 axis tables, including drain bag holders, leg stirrups and arm boards. The unit was designed with transportability in mind. It is light-weight, compact, and ruggedly constructed to endure the rigors of transportation. Our precisely engineered, long-lasting and highly economical tungsten alloy electrodes maintain the focal zone throughout its treatment life. The hand control, with its lighted shock counter, can be used for all Lithotripter functions.
